Proper nutrition – What can you eat if you have pancreatitis?
- vegetable:As we said, mashed cucumbers, tomatoes, preferably juice, broccoli, cauliflower, potatoes, carrots, zucchini, beets, green beans - only baked or boiled - are useful. Making a vegetable casserole or vegetarian soup is easy and healthy. White cabbage should be eaten in limited quantities and only in boiled or stewed form.
- fruit:Strawberries, sweet apples, pineapples, avocados, preserves, jelly, purees are especially good with apricots, and you can eat up to 1 watermelon or melon.
- milk:Many people don’t know if pancreatitis can drink milk?
